  19. When you start Paintbrush, the palette it displays is monochrome even
  20. though you have configured Windows NT for color video.

  22. CAUSE

  25. Windows NT incorrectly returns (GetDeviceCaps) the number of available
  26. colors to 32-bit drivers.

  28. STATUS

  31. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and Windows NT
  32. Advanced Server version 3.1. This problem was corrected in the latest U.S.
  33. Service Pack for Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1. For
  34. information on obtaining the Service Pack, query on the following word in
  35. the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without the spaces):
